Excellent staff, pick up from train station, welcome drink on arrival. Rooms were comfortable with nice view and spa area was great. Close to ski lift!

Great staff. Friendly and thoughtful. Nice touches in room - free wine and chocolate. Small but good pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Always warm and working. Varied breakfast. Good location generally. Pick up shuttle useful

Zermatt is car-free. Access for private cars is only possible as far as Täsch (about 3.7 mi from Zermatt). The road between Täsch and Zermatt is closed to private transport. From Täsch, there is a shuttle train service, the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn, every 20 minutes.
